Owner | Lead Instructor
For over a decade, Andréa has called Nashville home and has become one of the city's most recognizable faces on and off the dance floor. With extensive training across multiple dance styles, three seasons as an NFL cheerleader, and experience as a Dance Captain, she brings the perfect blend of professionalism, energy, and personality to every class.
As Owner and Lead Instructor of New Boots, Andréa has helped create unforgettable experiences for thousands of dancers—from first-time bachelorette groups to corporate teams and Nashville locals looking for a fun night out. Her teaching style is upbeat, encouraging, and designed to make everyone feel successful, whether they've danced before or not.
When she's not teaching, you may spot her in films, television shows, and commercials around town. But her favorite place to be is still on the dance floor, helping people create memories, build confidence, and discover just how much fun line dancing can be.

Alex is a Nashville native who knows exactly how to turn a group of strangers into a full-blown dance floor in minutes. With dual degrees in Dance Performance & Choreography and Advertising & Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University, she brings both technical training and an instinct for reading a crowd—so every class feels effortless, high-energy, and seriously fun.
Whether you’ve got two left feet or you’re ready to show off, Alex has a way of breaking things down that makes everyone feel confident fast. Her classes are upbeat, encouraging, and just the right amount of unhinged (in the best way).
When she’s not teaching, she’s choreographing, hunting for new music, or out at her favorite local spots like Nashville Palace and Centennial Park. If you’re lucky, you might catch her teaching to “Buttons” by the Pussycat Dolls—because nothing says unforgettable like a little unexpected line dance moment.
Come for the dancing, leave feeling like you just made a Nashville bestie.

Jess, Jimmy & Andréa Co-Owners
As students at Nashville’s Belmont University, Jess and Jimmy met in 2006 and have been friends ever since. In their nearly 20 years in this city they’ve watched it grow to shine as a tourist destination with millions of visitors each year. Combining Jess’ knowledge of dance and working with small business and Jimmy’s vast experience working in the Country Music Industry they created NBLD from the ground up in 2016. Their goal was to create a fun day-time activity where attendees could learn to line dance among their friends and family and have the confidence to take their moves to the Honky-tonks at night. In 2019, Andréa joined the team as an instructor and quickly became an invaluable asset with her experience in the entertainment industry, ultimately expanding the ownership group in early 2024 where she has helped NBLD to grow.
